silverNew Delhi, Friday, June 13 – Rates of the white metal went considerably higher by INR 140 to be at the mark of INR 41,499 per kilogram in futures trade on Friday as soon as speculators generated stances mostly pushed by a steadying fashion out of the country.

Detailing it further, the metal for delivery in the final month of next quarter soared by INR 140, or say, 0.34 %, to hit on INR 41,499 per kilo in business turnover of 18 lots at the MCX. Following the same suit, silver for delivery in the coming month edged higher by INR 122, or 0.30 %, to INR 41,373 per kilogram in 287 lots.

More than a few analysts pointed the increase in rates of precious metal at futures trade to a steadying fashion in the world markets on apprehensions that a US upturn might be pausing. Going up to the uppermost level for the first time after late May, white metal mounted approximately by 0.50 % to $19.63 per ounce in Singapore on June 13.
