Usually, if a person feels easy in consuming water then ideal intake is two to four litres daily. Without compromising on the nutritional intake of food and juices, people must make sure that they are allowing fluids to be an important part of their lives on a daily basis.

Water intake in required amount helps in relieving exhaustion. This is the reason why people are offered water as soon as they arrive at home. It even makes mood go merrier. If someone puts a big wish list in front of a tired person, this is certainly going to annoy him. But if same is said when he is in a relaxed mood, things will be different. Water also magically helps in treating headaches and severe migraines.

The requisite of water differ from one person to another and that is why people are suggested to drink according to their thirst and also incorporate other fluids and foodstuffs which have high water content in their diet. Those who want to get rid of alcohol, sugary fizzy drinks and sodas, which add to acidity and contribute to increase in weight as well, must go with lime water.
