Domestic Unit not Strong in Early Noontime Trade

rupeeNew Delhi, Tuesday, December 9 – The domestic unit was changing hands being a little bit frail at the mark of 61.87 early noontime at the Interbank Foreign Exchange market on nonstop demand for the greenback from importers & banks and feeble local stock market.

In addition to this, the official currency of India drifted between 61.84 and 61.91 in the deal observed during the sunup post opening a tad weak.

Here is to mention that local unit had lost its footing from its 2-wk high and closed 6 paise lower at 61.83 in opposition to the US unit in the deal witnessed on the first working day of this week on new demand of the American currency from a number of importers.
